Sanctity of Human Life
Human life is worthy and significant
We believe that human life is of immeasurable worth and significance; including the unborn, the aged, the widowed, the mentally handicapped, the unattractive, the physically challenged and every other condition in which humanity is expressed from conception to the grave.
All human life is unique and precious in God's sight. Therefore, every individual in any stage or condition deserves equal respect and protection.
Abortion is never the answer to an unwanted pregnancy. As Christians, we must be ready to offer love and assistance to expectant mothers facing difficult circumstances. For the woman who does not wish to raise her child, adoption is always the more courageous, noble and ethical decision.
Euthanasia, like abortion, is the intentional taking of an innocent human life and therefore is morally wrong. Both reveal a profound irreverence for life.
